ACRATH Participates in Veritas Youth Festival

Engaging with Young People to Raise Awareness about Human Trafficking

ACRATH was recently invited to have a stall at the inaugural Veritas Youth Festival in July at Santa Maria College, Perth. The festival was an initiative of the Catholic Youth Network, a collection of youth agencies, communities and movements across the Perth Archdiocese.

Over 400 young people attended the first night and approximately 150 continued for the weekend. Many of the participants asked questions about ACRATH and took away brochures and some asked to be put on a mailing list. As a result of being involved in this event ACRATH has been asked to  speak to a YCS (Young Christian Students) group. (Image: ACRATH members Carol & Lucy are pictured with Phoung)
