Conversation in October
Please join ACRATH on Wednesday 27th October for our final Conversation for 2021.
Our Conversation Series has hosted some wonderful people with powerful stories about human trafficking.
We are excited that our two October guests will help us put people at the centre of our consumer practices, very important in the lead up to Christmas when Australians are expected to spend more than $18 billion on Christmas shopping.
OUR TOPIC: PLACING THE PERSON AT THE CENTRE OF OUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING
Our Conversation guests are Bonnie Graham, Ethical Fashion Coordinator with Baptist World Aid Australia and Nick Savaidis, founder of ETIKO and an early pioneer of ethical clothing in Australia.
Hear how Nick and Bonnie are working to slavery-proof supply chains and influence buying practices and how this impacts workers around the world.
You can join the Conversation at 11.15am (Melbourne time) for a cuppa and 15 minutes of informal chat. The Conversation with Nick and Bonnie will start at 11.30am sharp and finish at noon. Come for all or part of the Conversation. Join the zoom meeting at:
