Ending Child Labour
During the month of October Be Slavery Free is focusing on the issue of Child Labour – #AreWeThereYet? 2021 is the International Year for the elimination of Child Labour. According to the International Labour Organisation (ILP) there are currently 160 million children in Child Labour. This means children are unable to go to school and engaging in work that is potentially harmful and may be separated from their families. Childhood is a time of curiosity, exploration, and development, not unfair labour. Giving kids room to flourish means a better world for everyone! As a member of the Be Slavery Free coalition ACRATH encourages you to take part in this campaign.
