Food for Thought

ACRATH member, Noelene Simmons sm, was a presenter at the  St Patrick’s Church “Food for Thought 2020” programme in early October. The topic of the presentation was Slavery! In Australia!!! During the presentation Noelene gave a snapshot of human trafficking and slavery in Australia and steps that we can all take to work towards eliminating slavery. In particular she spoke of the need to act responsibly as consumers to avoid fueling the demand for slavery.
