Reflect and Pray
Pope Francis has designated 8th February, the feast of St Josephine Bakhita, as the International Day of Prayer and Awareness Against Human Trafficking following a request from Talitha Kum, the worldwide Network of Consecrated Life Against Human Trafficking.
A Reflection and Prayer to End Human Trafficking Calendar has been prepared by the Sisters of St Joseph of Orange. The calendar begins on 11th January, the National Human Trafficking Awareness Day in the US, and concludes on 8th February, International Day of Prayer and Awareness Against Human Trafficking.
