3. Consult a Legal Professional: Engage an attorney or use Gathered Here: Write your will and leave a gift to Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans (ACRATH) (a free Will-writing platform) to ensure your wishes are upheld.
You may find this wording helpful:
“I give .................................., free of all duties and taxes, to Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans (ACRATH) ABN 66 128 994 560 of 54 Beaconsfield Parade, Albert Park, Victoria 3206 for its general purposes.
