The Power of Care

The World Day of Prayer, Reflection and Action is held every year on 8th February, the Feast of St Josephine Bakhita. The theme of this day in 2022 was The power of care. Women, economy, human trafficking. In 2022 to mark this day an online Prayer Marathon was held led by the various networks that make up Talitha Kum, the International Network Against Human Trafficking.

The Talitha Kum networks in Oceania, ACRATH and Talitha Kum Aoteara-New Zealand, contributed to the event. The Oceania segment of the Prayer Marathon may be viewed here.
