Government Responds to Human Trafficking and Slavery Report
The Trading Lives: Modern Day Human Trafficking report resulted from an inquiry in human trafficking and slavery conducted by the Human Rights Sub-Committee of the joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade. The Australian Government response to this report was table in Parliament on October 27th. ACRATH participated in the original inquiry and will continue to advocate on some of the recommendations of this report.
