Assembly participants celebrated the achievements of the past ten years, evaluated the work done together according to the priorities set in 2016 and defined the priorities for Talitha Kum International to support anti-trafficking efforts for the period of 2020-2025. Three priority issues were identified and affirmed:

1. The power differential between men and women that contributes to trafficking;
2. The economic structures that create vulnerability to trafficking;
3. The immigration laws and policies that put people at risk of trafficking.
